Sonic Space Lab is Luis Rodriguez music project.
As a composer, Luis has been writing music for TV, films and advertising for 20 years, he's also a Sound engineer that has worked with different artists and projects between his hometown Caracas, Venezuela and Dunedin, New Zealand where he's been living since 2015.
Sonic Space Lab is also the name of Luis' studio where he works, writes, records, mixes and produces music.
Luis has also been collaborating with local artists as a remixer for a couple of releases.

Cycles (2022)
Cycles was recorded between May 2021 and March 2022.
It's Luis' full dive into electronic music and dance beats.
Influenced by the loss of family due to the pandemic, the music reflects on the ups and downs that we all face through life.
As Luis describes it, is techno music for the soul...
Interrelated Earth (2021)
While Luis was recording the album Cycles, he was asked to do some music for the short documentary "Rhapsody for a Rock Wren" about the human connection to nature. The result is an ambient EP for contemplative moments.
Up in the Air (2020)
This is probably the most experimental release from Sonic Space Lab.
As its title, it features music from different styles that were written as a way to experiment and blend together rock, electronic and psychedelic music.
Changing Times (2018)
Changing Times features music that was originally recorded in Caracas, Venezuela as demos.
After setting up his studio, Luis finished mixing and recording vocals.
The 3 tracks feature sounds from electronic music and psychedelic rock.
